At PetzNest, we want you (and your pets 🐾) to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple and transparent.

🐶 30-Day Return Policy
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💰 Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items based on the order value.

📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be in its original condition
• Unused and with original packaging

🔄 How to Start a Return
• Email us at support@petznest.com with your order number
• Our team will provide return instructions
• Ship the item back

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
• The remaining amount (after deduction of restocking fee) will be credited to your original payment method
